Flower Budget
We do not have a minimum amount required for the wedding florals we create. We have worked with many flower budgets from modest to lavish, and we can create a lovely wedding on a limited budget when expectations are realistic. Letting us know your budget enables us to make appropriate flower suggestions.
Rental Items
We have a curated assortment of vessels, candles, floral stands, etc. that are available for rent.
Various sets of matching containers, arches, columns, pillars, or other non-floral decorative items are available for rent for your wedding! The price of rental items like vases, candles and votives & additional details can also be discussed during the consultation process.
We also have various sources for vessels and candles if our current inventory does not fit your vision.
Deposit & Payment Schedule
Upon completion of your wedding consultation, you will be given a written estimate to include all items discussed. A deposit is not required at the time of consultation. You are encouraged to place the deposit within 2 weeks to ensure your date is still available and to secure your quoted rates. Your wedding is considered "booked", once you have both signed our contract and placed your deposit. The deposit applies to your wedding order, but is not refundable. At that time, we will place your wedding on our calendar and enter all necessary information into our system. You may make payments on the balance at any time.
Making Changes to the Wedding Plan
As time progresses there will probably be minor changes, additions, or deletions to the number of corsages or boutonnieres or tables. We will be happy to review details with you on your wedding order. For minor changes, a phone call or email will suffice! If you find yourself needing o make more major changes, please schedule a second consultation with us. All details will be considered final at the time the final payment is made.

Flowers are incredibly sensitive! Floral arrangements are alive with fresh flowers that are highly responsive to their environment and require careful care to look their best. In creating your designs, we use fresh well-conditioned flowers and the designs are kept refrigerated and misted for freshness until the moment they are delivered to your venue. Upon your receipt of the flowers, they should be kept in a cool place away from direct light and heat. Any flowers that are exposed to heat, harsh sunlight, and no water may begin wilting. It is the responsibility of the client to provide the proper environment for the flowers, or accept the toll harsh conditions take on the flowers' freshness.

Bridal and bridesmaids' bouquet care is especially crucial! Bouquets are delivered in water should be
KEPT IN WATER until the last possible minute.
Once flower stems are removed from their water source, the capillaries in the stem begin to close and the stems will not be able to drink up the water, even once they are placed back in water. Please re-cut the stems (this opens new access points in the capillaries) and return the bouquets to water when they are not being used. We understand that bridal/bridesmaid bouquets are used in a capacity such that they cannot be kept in water for much of the event. If flowers are removed from the water source, even for just a few minutes, they may not be at their absolute best by the time you are ready to walk down the aisle. Please understand, the less water and more harsh the environment the flowers are met with, the more prone to wilting and collapsing they are.
